Anti-VEGFR2 (Ab-1175) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues1173–1177 (K-D-Y-I-V) of human VEGFR2, this affinity-purified antibody is offered in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and detects endogenous total VEGFR2 protein in human samples, with validated applications in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).
