Anti-VEGFR1/Flt-1 (phospho-Y1333) Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for VEGFR1/Flt-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1333. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VEGFR1 surrounding the Tyr1333 phosphorylation site and detects endogenous VEGFR1/Flt-1 protein only when phosphorylated at this residue.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 180 kDa.
