From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific to VEGFB (R125). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human VEGFB, and it detects endogenous levels of VEGFB protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa.
Purification is carried out from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, giving a final purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
