Anti-VEGFB Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit for the detection of VEGFB. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–188 of human VEGFB (NP_003368.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target has a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
