Anti-VEGF Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against VEGFA (vascular endothelial growth factor A) and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid formulation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 27–126 of human VEGFA (NP_001165099.1), and the reagent has been affinity purified. It is of the IgG isotype and is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Target molecular weights of 23 kDa, 27 kDa and 45 kDa are noted. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
