Anti-VEGF-A Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human VEGF-A and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml, and is dispatched from Cambridge (UK) with a typical lead time of 4–6 business days. Affinity-purification on the epitope-specific immunogen yields a polyclonal preparation that detects endogenous levels of VEGF-A in human samples, with long-term storage recommended at –20 °C for up to one year.
