Anti-VE-Cadherin (phospho-Y731) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against VE-Cadherin phosphorylated at tyrosine 731. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VE-Cadherin around the Tyr731 phosphorylation site, and specifically detects endogenous levels of VE-Cadherin only when phosphorylated at this residue. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa.
