Anti-VDR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-VDR polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived primary antibody validated for Western Blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is raised against a recombinant immunogen corresponding to the human vitamin D receptor (VDR) and, after affinity purification using the immunogen, is supplied at a final concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL aliquots of an unconjugated format. The antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is designed to detect the endogenous total VDR protein.
