Anti-VDAC3 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against VDAC3, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for research use. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100-200 of human VDAC3 (NP_005653.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 31 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of WB 1:100-1:500, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
