Anti-VCP Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human VCP sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of Ser352, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of VCP protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid preparation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL, and it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography.
