Anti-VCP Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 460–770 of human VCP (NP_009057.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and the reported molecular weight is 90 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
