Anti-VCAM1 Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically targets VCAM1 (Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule 1, also known as CD106), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily that is induced on activated vascular endothelial cells and mediates leukocyte adhesion through binding to integrin α4β1 (VLA-4) and α4β7. Produced by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody in a 100 µl liquid format, the reagent is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation across human, mouse, rat, and zebrafish samples. The antibody is supplied in TBS buffer (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, allowing direct dilution into standard assay buffers.
