Anti-VCAM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against VCAM1 and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent intended for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300-400 of human VCAM1 (NP_001069.1). The target has a predicted molecular weight of 95 - 120 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. A recommended dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is suggested for Western blot. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
