Anti-VAV2 (D138) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against VAV2 (D138), an epitope of the VAV2 protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human VAV2 as immunogen, and the manufacturer states that the antibody detects endogenous levels of VAV2 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~108 kDa.
