Anti-VAV2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets VAV2 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with one scientific validation image available.

Supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody is affinity purified and provided at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 101 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 570-700 of human VAV2 (NP_001127870.1). For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
