Anti-VAV1 (phospho Y174) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against VAV1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 174. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reported to react with Human and Rat samples. The immunogen used was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y174 of human VAV1.

The target VAV1 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 98 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and was prepared by affinity purification. Concentration is lot specific. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is given. Shipping is at 4°C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
