Anti-VASP (phospho S239) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to VASP (phospho Ser239), available through Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around serine 239 of human VASP (NP_003361.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
