Anti-VASP (phospho-S238) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against VASP phosphorylated at Serine 238, supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VASP around the Serine 238 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of VASP only when phosphorylated at Ser238.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein shows an approximate molecular weight of 40 and 48 kDa.
