Anti-VASP (phospho-S157) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets VASP phosphorylated at Serine 157. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VASP around the phosphorylation site of Serine 157, and the reagent specifically recognises endogenous levels of VASP only when phosphorylated at Ser157.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weights for the target are approximately 40 and 48 kDa.
