Anti-VASP (H151) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets VASP at epitope H151 and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130-180 of Human VASP. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with VASP (H151) pAb detecting endogenous levels of VASP protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
