Anti-VASP (H150) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets VASP and recognises the H150 epitope. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130-180 of human VASP and detects endogenous levels of the VASP protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 40 kDa.
