VASH1 (Vasohibin 1) is an endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor that limits endothelial cell proliferation and catalyzes alpha-tubulin detyrosination, and this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com provides a flexible tool for tracking its expression in human and mouse samples. Supplied as 100 µl of antiserum, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, supporting detection of endogenous VASH1 in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. The polyclonal format broadens epitope coverage across the Vasohibin 1 protein, which is useful when probing truncated splice variants or partially processed forms of the enzyme in vascular, tumor microenvironment, and perivascular cell studies. Because the antibody is unconjugated, researchers can pair it with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin-labeled secondary reagents of their choice, enabling flexible assay design for angiogenesis research, oncology screening, and microtubule carboxypeptidase investigations.
