Anti-VANGL2 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against VANGL2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-110 of human VANGL2 (NP_065068.1). The antibody has a molecular weight of 70 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
