Anti-VAMP4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting VAMP4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-115 of human VAMP4 (NP_003753.2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a stated molecular weight of 16 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:200-1:2,000 and IHC at 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
