Anti-VAMP3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent targets VAMP3 (vesicle-associated membrane protein 3), a SNARE-family member required for vesicle fusion with target membranes. VAMP3, also known as cellubrevin, participates in constitutive exocytosis, GLUT4 trafficking in adipocytes and muscle, and phagosome maturation, making it a useful marker for membrane trafficking and vesicle fusion studies.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid in a vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Aliquot upon receipt and store at -20 °C; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
