Anti-VAMP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against VAMP1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–96 of human VAMP1 (NP_954740.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the reported molecular weight is 17 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions, as stated by the manufacturer, are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100.
