Anti-V5 Tag Antibody [KT120]

A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, clone KT120, is raised against the V5 tag and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is intended for western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with an IgG1 isotype and mouse host origin.

The immunoglobulin is purified from culture supernatant through a Protein A column and formulated in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.09% sodium azide. A recommended ELISA dilution of 1/1,000 is indicated. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
