This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the H subunit of vacuolar H+-ATPase, a peripheral component of the V1 sector responsible for ATP-driven proton translocation across endomembranes. The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of liquid and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples, where it supports detection of the endogenous subunit in lysosomal, endosomal, and plasma-membrane-associated contexts.

V-ATPase H contributes to the assembly and regulation of the multi-subunit V1V0 holoenzyme, and probing its distribution helps characterise acidification of intracellular compartments, receptor trafficking, and pH-dependent signalling events. The reagent should be diluted appropriately for each application, stored refrigerated when not in use, and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody titre across short- and long-term experiments. Each vial is intended for research use only and is well suited to studies of organelle pH regulation, endocytic pathway function, and the cellular localisation of V-type proton pumps in fixed and freshly prepared specimens.
