Anti-UVRAG Antibody

Produced in rabbit and raised against UVRAG, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 501-699 of human UVRAG (NP_003360.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. Reported molecular weight for the target is 100 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
