Anti-UTS2 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived reagent is a polyclonal preparation raised against the human UTS2 protein (also referred to as Urotensin-2, U-II, or UII), generated using a recombinant immunogen corresponding to the target. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG in a 50 µl liquid format at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 and containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is intended primarily for use on human samples and has been validated in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, detecting the endogenous total UTS2 protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored long-term at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
