This uncoupled rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets USP6NL, a GTPase-activating protein involved in endosomal membrane trafficking and vesicle transport regulation. Produced by Antibodies.com as a research reagent for immunoblotting workflows, the antibody recognizes the human USP6NL target and cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologues, supporting translational studies across common model systems.

Each vial is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, packaged in a 100 µl volume. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the USP6NL protein, allowing detection of full-length and isoform variants in cell and tissue lysate preparations. As an unconjugated reagent, it can be paired with HRP- or fluorophore-labelled secondary antibodies for Western blot experiments.

Typical applications include investigation of cargo sorting through the endosomal pathway, Rab GTPase signalling research, and studies of cytoskeletal remodelling. USP6NL is also of interest in cancer biology, given the relationship between the USP6 gene family and translocation-driven neoplasms such as nodular fasciitis and primary aneurysmal bone cyst. Researchers studying membrane trafficking dynamics, vesicle fusion events, or receptor recycling pathways will find this reagent useful for probing USP6NL expression in human, mouse, and rat samples. For best results, aliquot upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antibody activity.
