Anti-USP50 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against USP50. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. It detects endogenous levels of total USP50 protein.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human USP50. The antibody is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
