Anti-USP42 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against USP42 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human USP42, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total USP42 protein.

The reagent is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Storage instructions are to ship at 4 °C, then upon delivery aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
