Targeting the deubiquitinating enzyme USP37, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is supplied unconjugated for western blot studies of human, mouse, and rat samples. USP37 is a ubiquitin-specific protease implicated in cell-cycle regulation, centrosome duplication, pluripotency maintenance, and tumor biology, so antibodies against it support investigations into protein turnover, signal-dependent stabilization of substrates, and DUB pathway analysis.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The unconjugated format gives researchers flexibility to pair the reagent with their preferred HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody, and supports detection across lysate, tissue-homogenate, and recombinant-protein preparations in standard immunoblotting workflows.

For day-to-day handling, refrigeration between uses is recommended, and the sodium azide serves to discourage microbial contamination. The reagent fits into experimental pipelines for the ubiquitin-proteasome system, mitotic and G1/S checkpoint studies, and cancer-cell-line expression profiling. Antibodies.com supplies this USP37 polyclonal reagent as part of its Primary Antibodies catalog, sized for routine western blot projects.
