Anti-USP24 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against USP24 and provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications, with reactivity demonstrated on Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2431-2620 of human USP24, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 294 kDa.

For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is recommended, with an ELISA starting concentration of 1 µg/ml. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.
