Anti-USP13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against USP13 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 90–200 of human USP13 (NP_003931.2). Provided as a liquid of 97 kDa molecular weight at a lot-specific concentration, the reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
