Anti-USP10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against USP10, supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 499–798 of human USP10 (NP_005144.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
