Anti-USO1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets USO1 and is provided unconjugated. Raised against a synthetic peptide of human USO1, it detects endogenous levels of total USO1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is supported by two scientific validation images.

It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, following affinity purification against the immunogen. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
