Anti-USF2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within the primary antibody range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to USF2. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Specificity is directed at endogenous levels of total USF-2 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human USF-2, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
