Anti-USF2 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises USF2 (also designated FIP in the manufacturer literature) and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 101–200 of human USF2 (NP_003358.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and recognises a target protein at a molecular weight of 40 kDa.

For Western blotting the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and for ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Antibody concentration is reported as lot specific.
