Description
A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant full length human UROD and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of UROD protein, which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
