Anti-URI1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets URI1 (Unconventional Prefoldin RPB5 Interactor 1), a prefoldin-family protein that interacts with the RPB5 subunit of RNA polymerase II and participates in transcriptional regulation, nutrient-sensing TOR signaling, and cellular stress response pathways. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an IgG reagent in unconjugated form, it is validated for western blot detection of the human target, supporting studies of transcription, mTOR pathway activity, and oncology contexts in which URI1 has been reported as dysregulated, including hepatocellular carcinoma and HPV-associated malignancies.
