Anti-UQCRQ Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UQCRQ, a subunit of mitochondrial Complex III. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–82 of human UQCRQ (NP_055217.2), and the target migrates at approximately 12 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a working range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
