Anti-UQCRFS1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting UQCRFS1 (also referred to as RISP), supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 141–274 of human UQCRFS1 (NP_005994.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 23 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:100–1:500) and immunohistochemistry (recommended dilution 1:50–1:200). The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
