Anti-UQCRC2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to UQCRC2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 224–453 of human UQCRC2 (NP_003357.2) and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and IP: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
