Anti-UQCRB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting UQCRB, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB). The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, then provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 14 kDa, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–111 of human UQCRB (NP_006285.1). The concentration is described as lot specific. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000–1:2,000 is indicated. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
