Anti-UQCR10 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against UQCR10. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–63 of human UQCR10 (NP_037519.2). Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 7 kDa.
