Anti-UPK3A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets UPK3A (Uroplakin III) and is supplied in an unconjugated, liquid formulation. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, and the reagent is validated for Western blot as well as immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–207 of human UPK3A (NP_008884.1) and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 30 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided; concentration is reported as lot specific.
