Anti-UPK2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting Uroplakin II (UPK2), also referred to as Uroplakin II/UPII. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The unconjugated antibody, of IgG isotype, is supplied as a liquid and is supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 85–155 of human UPK2 (NP_006751.1), with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 19 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
