Anti-UPK1B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Uroplakin Ib/UPIb, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110-230 of human UPK1B (NP_008883.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
